We spotted this ’63 T-bird hanging around Vine Street in Brooklyn. The first generation’s (55-57) instantly recognizable shape is synonymous with the Thunderbird name but we prefer these bullet-shaped third generation (61-63) models. This beautiful two-tone coupe is a 63, which added some tasteful flair to 61-62 models by replacing the chrome strip running the flank with a Mercedes SLR-like contour line that runs into the top of the front wheel well. It looks really handsome and adds European style to this seemingly un-restored Brooklyn classic.
