I spotted this home grown kit car in Brooklyn. The term improvised comes to mind as you take in the fabrication details scattered throughout the body. As you can tell, this “Porsche” is a bit rough around the edges and brings new meaning to the term Do It Yourself. I think a stiff breeze would blow off some of the body panels. My guess is that a VW Beetle power plant, mounted in the rear, provides motivation for this fugly sports car. The tried and true work horse has powered countless other kit cars and, based on a quick peek inside the cabin, also provided parts for the steering wheel, shifter and other interior deets.
