Pictured here, a flawless Ford GT super car from Scottsdale. The boys in Detroit only made about 4,000 of these 200MPH retro masterpieces and well-maintained examples fetch considerable coin on the collector block somewhere to the tune of $250K. Not bad considering the original $150K MSRP set back in 2005. A few but not many “mass exotics” of the Ferrari and Lamborghini variety produced over the last 10 years command that level of resale value and aftermarket appeal. Sure, limited volume plays a role but so does the sheer brilliance and unique execution of this legitimate supercar from the Blue Oval. Stepping into the interior feels right out of a science fiction movie rooted in going fast with loads of exposed aluminum and delightfully classic toggles. The seats are equally wicked.
